Get Cozy Down There

By coral | In General Info, Movement, squats, Tips, WOD | on March 20, 2014

This is a great article that reiterates an idea that I try to often talk about when coaching the Olympic lifts. Getting comfortable in the squat position for your snatch and clean is hugely important and not just comfortable in a squat but a deep squat. Spending pause time in the whole, learning to pause in the catch and even sink deeper will help to take your lifting to the next level. When you can catch the bar in the proverbial “ass to grass” position then it will forever change your weightlifting world. Plus its a quick read, enjoy!
